The Kichler 300019TZ Windham Flush Mount 52-Inch Ceiling Fan with the rustic tannery bronze finish and coordinating reversible teak/cherry blades is a beautiful addition to any space, or locations which have restricted head area that want the extra air movement and added light with the integrated light kit from the warm sunset marble glass. The 300019TZ can be implemented to complement a den as the focal point with its smooth style, or placed above your dining area table rather of the classic chandelier for that classic statement. The 300019TZ measures with a 52-Inch blade sweep and a 14 Degree blade pitch. This fan uses only 62-watt of electricity on high speed, pushes 5058-cubic feet per minute, and 82-cubic feet per minute per-watt. This is sold 1 per package and comes complete with 5 reversible blades, mounting hardware, an integrated light kit, and a pull chains to operate the fan functions: 3-speeds, forward and reverse and the light. An extra wall manage or remote control can be added to this ceiling fan as well. A single wall manage that is compatible is the 337010WH, and can be bought separately. Height of this ceiling fan is not adjustable. In any installation, the tips of the blades have to be at least 18-Inch from the wall in order to give sufficient clearance for the blades and for safety causes, the fan blades should be a minimum of 7-feet above the floor.
